Do I need money to begin?
Yes. You should have a minimum of $250,000 available to invest in property in the next 180 days. This isn’t an exercise. I want you to succeed because your success is my success. What’s the point of working together if you don’t have the capital to buy property?
Besides money, what else do I need?
You need to make a commitment to get started. You need the drive, desire, and determination to build a 8 and 9 figure real estate business. No one can give that to you.
Will this require a full time commitment?
No. You can build a CRE business on the side. As it grows over time you can hire talent to manage operations or to get more directly involved. One of the benefits of CRE vs smaller properties is that the properties generate revenue sufficient to support staff.
Do I need to have previous real estate experience?
No, the whole point of the BYOM program is to provide you with everything you need. The training videos and materials will give you a broad and deep understanding – real wisdom – and the 1-1 sessions with me will give you the hand-holding guidance you need on your deals. I will be with you every step of the way.
